Time reporting by using the time entry matrix web part

With IT IS active 2010 SP2 you create a project with the different tasks for each employee. Then, the staff members can easily capture their work time amounts for the different tasks in different projects on the SharePoint portal. 

Note that the systems shows times that were committed already as grey boxes, while sum areas on the sides of the matrix keep track of the total. Your employees can view reports and export them as well. 

The great thing about doing the time entry the integrated way described above is, that once those times are processed, they serve as the source for billing processes in Microsoft Dynamics

The time entry matrix web part enables your employees to enter their work time easily. After reporting the hours on different projects, the employees send the time sheet to the supervisor for approval. When the amount of work is confirmed by the supervisor, the fields are marked up grey.
