Document upload
With the installation of this module the print option of the menu bar is adjusted with an additional option for uploading documents to your Alfresco library. This gives you the possibility to upload directly from Odoo easily.
The wizard gives you the opportunity to add additional information for your document. You can enter a title and a description for your document which will be transferred to Alfresco.
Alfresco library
In Alfresco you will find your document according to your entries and configuration regarding the folder structure. The sites in Alfresco are generated automatically based on your settings. Here you have the full options from Alfresco regarding search-functionality and management of your documents.
Versioning
If you upload a new version of an existing document you have the possibility to enter a comment regarding your changes.

In Alfresco you can have a look on the documents version history, where your comments on changes are displayed.
Todo Management
With our module you can also manage your todos and sync with Odoo and your calendar in Alfresco. Tasks from Odoo will be transferred to Alfresco and vice versa.
Alfresco connection & configuration
You can setup your connection for Alfresco and Odoo easily and define default values.
Report configuration & auto-archive
In Addition to the default configuration our module allows you to define special configurations based on report models.
With the auto-archive function documents are automatically placed in a special archive which can be configured by time and document-type.
