First a demand analysis is done together with the customer, defining the technical focus of the shop solution.

On the basis of the analysis, a specification is created in the next step. A prototype serves as a proposal that shows the customer what the solution in terms of usability and presentation will look like. The prototype is evaluated together with the customer and adapted according to his wishes.

With the next step the basic installation of the solution and a performance-tuning of the database server is done.

Due to the developed prototype, the basic installation will be adapted and made any necessary interfaces.

The final solution will then be installed on the web server of the customer or on the highly available IT IS servers. After some time the performance of the solution is checked again and adjusted if necessary.
